Data we collect
We only collect the information you enter in the contact form: first name, last name, company, email address, subject and message.
The client area (app2.littlebigroad.com) and order data are covered by separate terms provided to our clients.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, where relevant, to correspond with you as part of a business relationship. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering professionals who contact us, or on pre-contractual steps you request. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who can access it
Only the LBR TRAVEL team, and our technical providers strictly within the scope of their services:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting);
- Web3Forms (email delivery of contact form messages, without storage);
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365 business email).
These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Your messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, retention follows our business relationship and legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to backoffice [at] littlebigroad.com or use the contact form. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies: no advertising and no audience measurement. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Security
The website is only available over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to received messages is restricted to the team.
