Ordering
How do I get my client area login?
Write to us using the contact form: you will receive your login details within a few hours.
How do I place an order?
Log in to your client area, choose “New order” and follow the steps: travellers, dates, flights, car rental and hotels. For large volumes, an API lets you send files directly from your booking system.
Can I change an order after placing it?
A confirmed order can no longer be changed from the client area. For any change, simply email backoffice [at] littlebigroad.com quoting your order number.
What are your prices?

As design is the bulk of the work, a PDF-only roadbook is charged at the same price as the printed version, with no delivery fee.

Lead times and delivery
How long does production take?
15 calendar days as standard. Express processing is available on request, for an extra €15 excl. VAT.
In what format are roadbooks delivered?
Your choice: printed in 160 × 250 mm format with Wire-O binding and shipped, or as a PDF only, sent to you as a download link. You can also receive the PDF in addition to the printed version. Separately, a QR code can be printed on page 3 of the roadbook, allowing your travellers to download their roadbook on their smartphone.
Which carrier do you use?
Colissimo (€10 excl. VAT per roadbook), or Chronopost as an option (€30 excl. VAT per roadbook, instead of Colissimo).
Where do you deliver?
As you prefer: to the tour operator's head office, to the travel agency or directly to the end client, anywhere in the world.

Which destinations do you cover?
The United States and Canada.
In which languages?
Roadbooks are available in French, English, German and Dutch.
Can the roadbook carry our agency's branding?
Yes: the cover, the logo and the two-page introduction can be fully customised to your brand. The inside pages, the heart of the roadbook, keep our own layout, however: they cannot be adapted to your brand guidelines.
What does a roadbook contain?
