Terms and conditions of sale

In force from 1 October 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all roadbook orders placed with LBR TRAVEL, a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, 64 rue Hoche, 91700 Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, France, registered with the Évry Trade and Companies Register under number 924 894 546, operator of the Littlebig Road brand.

They are intended exclusively for travel industry professionals (tour operators, travel agencies, ground handlers). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, which prevail over the client's general purchasing conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Roadbook content

Each roadbook is tailor-made from the information provided by the client. It includes in particular: a personalised cover in the travellers' names, a client communication page, practical information on the destination and driving, tourist pages by region, a general map, a day-by-day section (map of each leg, route, hotel information) and notes pages.

3. Customisation and communication materials

The cover, logo and two-page introduction can be customised in the client's colours at no extra cost. The inside pages keep LBR TRAVEL's layout and cannot be adapted to the client's brand guidelines.

Materials supplied by the client must be sent by email as high-resolution PDF, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop files, with images in JPG or TIFF at 300 dpi, in 160 × 250 mm format with a 3 mm bleed.

The client warrants that it holds the rights to the logos, texts and visuals it supplies.

4. Destinations

Roadbooks cover the United States and Canada. They are available in French, English, German and Dutch.

5. Orders

Orders are placed through the client area (app2.littlebigroad.com) using the personal login details provided to the client, or via API for large volumes.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered (travellers' names, dates, flights, car rental, hotels). A confirmed order can no longer be changed from the client area: any change must be requested by email to backoffice [at] littlebigroad.com, quoting the order number. Changes requested after production has started may be charged.

6. Production lead times

The standard lead time is 15 calendar days between order confirmation and shipping.

Orders placed less than 15 days before the requested shipping date are processed as express orders, subject to prior acceptance by LBR TRAVEL, for an extra charge of €15 excl. VAT per roadbook.

7. Delivery

Roadbooks are delivered either as a PDF, sent as a download link, or printed and shipped by Colissimo (€10 excl. VAT per roadbook), as the client chooses, to its head office, to the travel agency or directly to the end client. Chronopost shipping is available as an option, at €30 excl. VAT per roadbook, instead of Colissimo. Deliveries are made worldwide.

Delivery times are given for information only. LBR TRAVEL cannot be held liable for delays or losses attributable to the carrier. Any delivery claim must be made in writing within 8 days of the scheduled delivery date.

8. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled free of charge as long as the roadbook has not been printed. After printing, 100% of the order amount remains due.

9. Prices

Prices are those set out in the price list provided to the client, based on the volume of roadbooks ordered. They are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Extras (express, Chronopost) are added to the roadbook price.

10. Invoicing and payment

Orders are invoiced monthly. Invoices are payable within 8 days of their issue date, by bank transfer. No discount is granted for early payment.

Any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties equal to three times the French statutory interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €40 (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code). LBR TRAVEL reserves the right to suspend pending orders in the event of non-payment.

11. Liability

The tourist and practical information in the roadbooks is provided in good faith and carefully checked. It may however change (opening hours, prices, roadworks, closures) without LBR TRAVEL being held liable.

LBR TRAVEL is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client. In any event, its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

12. Intellectual property

The texts, maps, layouts and content of the roadbooks remain the property of LBR TRAVEL. The client and its travellers have a personal, non-commercial right to use the roadbooks delivered. Any reproduction or distribution beyond this requires LBR TRAVEL's written consent.

13. Travellers' personal data

To produce the roadbooks, the client provides personal data about its travellers (names, dates and trip details). LBR TRAVEL acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR: it processes this data only on the client's instructions and for the production and delivery of the roadbooks, ensures its confidentiality and security, and deletes it within 12 months of the travellers' return. The client, as data controller, warrants that it has informed its travellers of this processing.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Évry Commercial Court.
